1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyEmpire("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Platform Mechanics & Bidding Rules

MyEmpire operates an interactive, gamified billboard platform. By purchasing a country, you agree to the following mechanics:

• Temporary Advertising Slots: Purchasing a country gives you the temporary right to display your billboard (name, link, and description) on that country on the interactive globe.
• The Ratchet Outbid Mechanism: Any user can outbid you at any time and take over ownership of a country by paying exactly 25% more than your purchase price.
• No Guaranteed Duration: You acknowledge that your billboard may be outbid and replaced immediately after purchase. There is no minimum display duration guaranteed.
• All Sales are Final: Because of the immediate exposure and competitive nature of the game, all purchases are non-refundable. When you are outbid, you do not receive a refund of your original purchase price.

3. Acceptable Use and Content Moderation

You are solely responsible for the content (titles, URLs, and descriptions) you publish on your billboard. We maintain a family-friendly and professional platform. You agree that your billboard content will not:

• Contain or link to sexually explicit, adult-only, pornographic, or highly suggestive content. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for adult links and content.
• Promote violence, illegal drugs, weapons, or illegal activities.
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, defamation, or direct attacks on individuals or groups.
• Infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.
• Lead to deceptive sites, malware, phishing scams, or malicious downloads.

Moderation Rights & Lifetime Bans: We reserve the right to review, edit, redact, or completely remove billboard content that violates these guidelines. If your content is removed or edited for violating our policy, no refunds will be issued. Any attempt to post adult links or adult content will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your email address and associated domains from future purchases on our Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

By posting billboard content on MyEmpire, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, and promote your billboard (including logos, screenshots, and copy) in connection with operating and marketing the Platform.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the site, web traffic volumes, CTR (click-through rates), SEO value of links, or suitability of the advertisement for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MyEmpire, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service for our platform at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
